I couldn't complete my session but had time remaining?
Try entering the same license key you received via email when your order was completed. The session will continue from where you left off.
When I returned to complete my session the remaining time I previously had was gone?
Clear your browser cache and enter the same license key, if you receive a message saying the license key is deactivated or the max limit is reached, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
To clear your browser cache press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL to access your browser history and clear the cache by selecting the checkbox options Cached images and files and Cookies and other site-data then click clear data.
I am experiencing technical issues on one of the levels/puzzles?
While we have logic in place to load assets on demand, there have been cases where a browser has not loaded all assets due to a poor or interrupted network/internet connection.
Try refreshing the window by pressing down CTRL or SHIFT and F5/clicking refresh at the same time, this will ignore the browser cache and reload assets required by the game. Alternatively press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL to access your browser history and clear the cache by selecting the checkbox option Cached images and files, be sure to unselect Cookies and other site-data and any other options you don’t want to clear, then click clear data.
Enter your license key and continue your session from where you left off.

I want to complete my session from a different device?
When activated, licenses are tied to your device. If you haven’t already completed the session due to technical issues on your device, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll reinstate your license key.
